Reservations
All rides are subject to written confirmation from Rayyan. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text with chauffeur details.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled up to two hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within two hours may be billed at 50% of the quoted fare; no-shows are billed in full. Medical clients with recurring bookings receive additional flexibility — please contact dispatch.
Wait time
Hourly bookings include the reserved time. Additional time is billed in quarter-hour increments. For airport and point-to-point rides, a fifteen-minute grace period is included after your confirmed pickup time.
Conduct
Rayyan reserves the right to end any ride if a passenger's behavior threatens the safety of the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other road users. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers is billed at repair cost.
Non-emergency medical transportation
Rayyan provides non-emergency scheduled medical transportation. We are not an ambulance service. For medical emergencies, dial 911.
Limitation of liability
Rayyan carries commercial liability insurance meeting or exceeding Texas requirements. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the ride giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
