What we collect
We collect contact details you provide when reserving a ride: name, phone, email, pickup and destination information, and any notes you share (such as flight numbers or accessibility needs). For medical clients, we may also collect appointment times and companion caregiver details you choose to share with us.
How we use it
Your information is used strictly to arrange, deliver, and follow up on your transportation. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers. Chauffeurs receive only the details required to complete your ride.
Retention
Reservation records are retained for accounting, safety, and service-quality purposes. Medical trip details are treated with additional discretion consistent with HIPAA principles, though Rayyan itself is not a covered entity.
Third parties
We use standard payment processors and email tools to run our business. These providers receive the minimum data required to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing reservations@rayyanlimo.com. We will honor deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
