Yes. Our executive SUVs, Sprinters, and sedans provide generous luggage capacity. When making your reservation, please let us know the number of passengers and approximate amount of luggage, along with any folding wheelchair or mobility aid, so we can plan the space you need. For non-folding or motorized chairs, please tell us in advance.

Do you specialize in non-emergency medical transportation?

Yes — it is one of our founding services. Our chauffeurs are trained in patient sensitivity and mobility-aid handling for appointments across the Texas Medical Center and Greater Houston. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide emergency transport; for emergencies, dial 911.

Yes. Wait-and-return is available for outpatient procedures so you do not have to arrange a second ride. Hourly rates apply for extended waiting.

Yes. Your reservation is dedicated to you. For hourly chauffeur service, your chauffeur remains available throughout your reserved time, giving you the flexibility to make multiple stops, attend meetings or appointments, and continue your journey without having to arrange another ride.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Special events, hourly bookings, long-distance trips, and reservations requiring multiple vehicles may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
